theSTARTERS

need all the team,

the bench,

to make the team/game possible.

ALL...

players attend practices,

dress for the game,

have fans/parents

attending the games.

aSPORT,

has a coach & assistant coach,

that often are under appreciated,

put in long hours & dedicate time

for a group of kids....

for the love of the sport,

or

because of a love for kids.

Every time I think of the game our 8th grade boys played Saturday....I am over whelmed with gratitude for adults that see and act upon it. A team is made up of a lot of different skills, talent and personalities... #22 would not be consider a strong or confident basketball player, yet Saturday the coach designed plays for # 22 and a few other boys to give them the opportunity to

shine

..... and the beauty of it

is the team felt good about it,

the fans got into it

and the parents were proud of

not only their child...

but the team & their coaches!
