Kerry's carrots have gotten us craving or at least thinking of
Aunt June's >>>carrotcake... a well known recipe to our family and I am sure to several people that at one time worked at TheSmithSchool in SiouxCity. This recipe was often shared in the teacher's breakroom....I learned to make the cake at June's apartment then it was taken to school for the teachers different times!

Your previous post of "Carrots?" had me remembering my first baking experience.....making this same recipe with you in Gma and Gpa's kitchen when we came to visit!!! And I would have to say that it is THE best carrot cake recipe - yummm!
