this stop off the interstateholds the

KEY

to this blog post

our daughter travelling towards home from a 3.25 hour trip,

stops here for the much needed break,

that thankfully she held off for an hour....

True Story

because we do not tell tales!!!

Brinnng br`ing ingg........

"Hello"

"mommmmmm, you can't be mad at me, it was an accident" she wails 

"I flushed the keys down the toilet"

what Laura did right,

was to send her mom into a true PANIC, 

before telling where the keys went,

 thus it felt like 

"no big deal"

Laura stopped to use the facilities  

'cleanest restrooms in town'

as she reached to pick up her

phone-wallet-keys

off the back of the toilet...

her wallet bumped the keys

and 

women being multi taskers 

the toilet was flushed simultaneously!!!

~so~

this mom calls the local Chevy dealer to explain the situation

to have the receptionist bursts out 

~laughing~

by this time I have the VIN # 

and needed info to get a key made

to traipse East to get my stranded child

I guess to get time to read a book and eat ice cream,

 you have to flush your keys down the toilet at a gas station, 

a hour and a half from home...
