THRIFTY THURSDAY

It all began one (Thursday) morning a driver was needed...and I was the chosen one!

So.........the YELLOW truck and I head NE with a load of pumpkins!!

Whatta a help-mate I am!!!!

 it was my lucky day!!!

Windom was having city wide clean up!!!

I was just a cruising down the street,

 lo and behold I saw this pile of stuff junk...

ZOOOMed on by I did,

(wouldn't hubby be so proud of me???)

U-turn...

old couches have chunky legs..........

(chunky legs, to buy are expensive)



...and the chair to match has chunky legs too!!!!

(sigh)

...such potential!!!!

Well ....

 there just might be a few other treasures about town,

 I did what all good truckers do....

made a load for back-haul!

(won't my hubby be so proud of me??) 

~this little stand was amongst someone cast offs.

When I loaded it out fell a print off of a couple pictures possibly from PINTEREST

 of the very same stand!

(hope some husband didn't make a decision for his wife to throw it!)

No drooling now you junk-a-holic's....

~but can you see the potential in my stash?

no?

(that's ok....not many can!)

it was FREE

it made me so HAPPY

and that's what makes
