BECAUSE WE LIVE...

on the farm.....

our kids & cousins

hang-out with the chickens,

because......

baby chicks are..

HATCHING!!!!

...also because we live in the country

you might have been seen this last week, or not, however some peoples did, and the phone rings, messages left in my voice mail....

that we have livestock loose,

what, we don't have live stock,

however the neighbor has a sense of humor!

 He has seen the box of bees on the corner down the road and thinking maybe Kerry didn't know

that in moving bee for pollunation to another melon field that he lost the hive......

Kerry knew!

 and......the bees were

 ANGRY

the boxes were stacked so the bees would return when calmer,

and that would take until after the sunset!

So after 1,2,3,4 phone calls,

  it seemed the thing to do was....

hives fell off truck

will pick up when calm

~and because the kids have 4H projects of vegetable gardening...

they get to have to pick

GREENBEANS

and zucchuni, onions this week

and soon...there were will be

sweetcorn and then melons and then.....

ain't we lucky?
