IN THE PAST.....

...........this home for what it was will soon be a thing of the past, along with most its contents.

....and this one.

In rummaging through the houses...there was a bit of discover of the person. Daily with a red pencil the day was marked off with a large x....two calenders were found like that....... September 28, 2009 was the last x. The person saved everything???? Attempted a form of organization.... The roof leaked...fixed it with plastic sheeting.......inside the house. That would have been the only running water with in the house !!!! We could go on and on... there was probably a medical situation at one time as a cane, crutches, walker and even an old hospital bed in amongst the stuff.

The most interesting discovery was the bathroom facilities.......

..modern to a point,

convenient, probably not,

private, maybe if the weeds were this high!

In those weed sets a claw tub with awesome looking faucet fixture, a sink on a make shift stand, a water pump under a collapsed tin like roof structure and...............................get this, a water heater!!!

Folks , this is Minnesota..... not red neck country or hill-billy.....I think his wife left him years ago!

THE NEST... the bird choose a dry spot in the house....maybe the only spot!
