Last June these girls visited the mid west from Arizona...their impression of our landscape, "everything is green" yep, that's right, pretty typical for June, lawns are usually at the prettiest, fields are filling out in soy beans, corn and the small grain are yet green because of timely rains & no intense heat yet. Green is the color.
Not amazing to us but when you think of the landscape the girls left behind of mostly brown unless irrigated... to see as my great nieces see, it would appear we were overwhelmingly green.
But today we are overwhelmed with WHITE!
