CHALLENGED

So my husband's mom is a fantastic cook, likes the challenge of it. New recipes are always tried and improved on....or she will try to figure out how a restaurant or bakery makes something, will try it again and again until she perfects the recipe. I am none of these, I like it easy, simple and with the ingredients I have on hand or better yet... if it comes in a box....great!!

........so the challenge handed to me by my dear husband is to make this chicken that they had all the time growing up and just loved it. Bless him, he gets the chicken, the recipe and then asks me to make it.... well I did okay until I came to the part of having it set 2 hours in the milk and eggs....(which I saw while the potatoes are boiling).....maybe 10 minutes will be okay......in the end it tasted great (my opinion). Kerry had more than one helping...does that count???? Think he likes it but compliments do not come freely from him.
