Sorting, saving, discarding, distributing and many times looking the other way while emptying the farm and house of 53 years being home.
Mom going back "home" as she refers to the care center after we worked all day at the farm. Another assurance that this was a good decision (and necessary one to go to the nursing home) when she no longer calls the farm home but where dad is, is now home.

Oh my, that can't be easy. It was hard enough just moving Mom and Dad across the garden to the new house.
Such a hard task, but it's wonderful that your parents are making the transition easily. I get misty eyed looking at those pictures and I don't know the people or the place... just the feelings.
