Look at that beautiful grain! Harvest is a special time. We never crop farmed so don't have those kinds of memories but it always seemed so rewarding. Lots of combines are in the fields here, too... we rounded a corner on the highway tonight and drove through a spill of corn, like the truck was just a little too full.
Special, what a reward for the hard work of spring and the waiting through the summer ...
